My period is always 7 days long, super heavy, horrible camps and I wish it was shorter! Don’t we all… Us ladies deserve shorter and less intense periods. I’ve tried everything to help my period be shorter and less painful. I’ve changed my diet, added more exercise to my routine, and even switch

My periods always vary, for now they only last 3-4 days, then take a break then continue for 2-3 more days. Or sometimes its jst a continuous 7 days. But i always get my period twice a month
